Eversion-type dehiscence

eversion-type dehiscence (pl. eversion-type dehiscences) – a kind of ascus dehiscence by which the endoascus is turned back and outwards (eversed), i. e., a type of ascus dehiscence with indistinct extrusion of the endoascus; cf. eversible apical ring.
