Catenuliform

catenuliform (adj.) – chain-like; i. e., a row of cells that looks like a chain, but is not necessarily completely divided into separate cells and will usually not break apart. Hyphae with cells that are slightly constricted at their septa are catenuliform. More accurately referred to as moniliform, if the cells are distinctly globose and the hyphae thus look like a chain of pearls; cf. catenate.
