Fulcrum
From LIAS Glossary
fulcrum (noun, pl. fulcra) – specialized hyphal structure (sporophore) giving rise to pycnospores; Ainsworth & Bisby refer to it as a "conidiophore within a pycnidium", but it is a neutral term, which could mean either conidiophore or spermatiophore depending on how the spores are interpreted.
