Nodule

nodule (noun, pl. nodules) – a knot-like excrescence; a broad-based, blunt, contorted, wart-like lump; (1) on the surface of a spore or thallus; (2) in the middle of a branch. Kind of: soralium. This is:part of thallus surface,part of spore.
