Ascospore discharge

ascospore discharge (noun,ascus term, pl. ascospore discharges) – ejection of ascospores, either active by forcible, "explosive" ejection (functionally bitunicate, fissitunicate, semi-fissitunicate) or passive through openings, pores or be wall disintegration (functionally unitunicate). Kind of:ascus dehiscence type.
