Primary spore wall

primary spore wall (noun, ascospore term,spore morphology term, pl. primary spore walls) – the first wall layer that becomes can be distinguished during spore wall development inside the inter-membrane space between the outer ascospore investing membrane and the inner spore plasma membrane; during spore wall ontogeny a secondary spore wall soon can be distinguished towards the inside and the primary wall then lies at the outside of the spore. This is:part of spore.
