Yeast

yeast (noun, pl. yeasts) – one of several main types of cell organization: single-celled fungi that multiply by budding. This main type of cell organization is not as common as the hypha of filamentous fungi, but yeasts are nevertheless characteristic for large groups of basidiomycetes and ascomycetes. Kind of:cell organization-type.
