Xeric

xeric (adjective) – extremely dry, very low in moisture or lacking moisture entirely; typically referring to the relative humidity of the habitat; often applied to habitats characterized by low rainfall, but more correctly applied to all sources of water, like dewfall, air humidity, etc. Related terms: arid, mesic, humid, wet.
