Discocarp
From LIAS Glossary
discocarp (noun, pl. discocarps;ascocarp term) – a disk-shaped ascocarp, i. e., with an exposed hymenium; a generic term that disregards the ontogeny of the ascocarp and therefore includes true apothecia (i. e., disciform ascocarps with ascohymenial ontogeny) as well as apothecioid pseudothecia (i. e., disciform ascocarps with ascolocular ontogeny).
