Ascocarp
ascocarp (noun, pl. ascocarps;ascocarp term) – the sporocarp of the ascomycetes; a "fruiting body"; i. e., an anatomically differentiated structure of asci and interascal hyphae enclosed within distinct layers of hyphae.
